Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in conducting market research and compiling data for campaign analysis.
- Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining digital records.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to help generate creative ideas for social media and content.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for weekly team meetings.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to track project progress and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
- Shadow senior staff to gain insights into project management and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- No prior professional experience required; we value enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
- Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
