Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and development team in designing, coding, and testing software solutions.
- Conduct market research and gather data to support business strategy and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to define project requirements.
- Update technical documentation, user manuals, and internal wikis.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and weekly review meetings.
- Support the implementation of new software features and tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship position.
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work full-time during the summer months.
