What You Will Do:
As a Summer Intern, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. You will work closely with our experienced staff to support various departments, including Marketing, IT, and Operations. This is a paid position designed to give you a real-world look at the corporate world.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing team with data entry, research, and content organization.
- Support the IT department with software testing and basic troubleshooting tasks.
- Update and maintain internal company databases and filing systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Help coordinate company events and student outreach programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on assigned research projects.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct visitors in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (Students Welcome).
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward feedback.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during the summer months.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
