Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative and clerical duties.
- Conduct research and compile data to support ongoing projects.
- Help maintain accurate records and digital filing systems.
- Support client relations by responding to inquiries and scheduling meetings.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Participate in training sessions to learn industry-specific software and processes.
- Assist in the organization and execution of company events and activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
