Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative and operations team with daily office tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support internal decision-making processes.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for senior management review.
- Shadow mentors to observe professional workflows and industry best practices.
- Handle basic data entry, file management, and scheduling coordination.
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media content drafting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Must be available for the full summer duration (June - August).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and ask questions.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reliable transportation and a punctual work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
