Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain professional conversations with prospective clients to identify their needs and present solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct research on local markets and competitors to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Data Management: Accurately log daily interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback into the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily morning briefings and team meetings to align on goals and share success stories.
- Training & Development: Complete structured training modules on sales techniques and company products/services.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (or recently graduated).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
