Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications under senior guidance
- Contribute to cross-functional team projects using Agile methodologies
- Research industry trends and prepare competitive analysis reports
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Support data analysis and visualization for business insights
- Document technical processes and maintain project wikis
- Present findings to stakeholders during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-40 hours/week during May-August
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the United States
