Responsibilities
- Assist in SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research and analyze search trends to optimize website content for maximum visibility.
- Web Development Support: Collaborate with developers to implement responsive web designs and debug code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Content Creation: Draft and edit blog posts, social media copy, and press releases that align with brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Data Analysis: Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics to report on campaign performance and user engagement.
- Project Coordination: Support the project management team by scheduling meetings, updating documentation, and tracking milestones.
- Technical Testing: Perform cross-browser testing and QA on new web features to ensure a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) and Google Analytics is a major plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be available for a full-time summer commitment (40 hours/week).
