Responsibilities
- Assist the operations department with weekend administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly reports on local industry trends.
- Support customer service initiatives during peak weekend hours via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with social media content scheduling.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems and office organization.
- Attend weekly team stand-ups and training sessions on Saturdays.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays for the summer duration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation in Virginia Beach.
