Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team in executing daily digital campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities.
- Support daily office operations, including data entry, file management, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports and creative assets to management.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a keen interest in business operations and marketing.
- Must be available for a minimum of 12 weeks during the summer.
