Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team with software development, testing, and debugging tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes and improve workflows.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly sprint planning sessions.
- Update project repositories and maintain technical documentation.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with data entry and reporting.
- Shadow senior staff to gain insights into professional project management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited institution.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to commit to 20-25 hours per week during the summer months.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
