Responsibilities
- Assist Development: Support the engineering team in writing, testing, and debugging code for web and mobile applications.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor products.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API guides, and internal wikis.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing lifecycle, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaboration: Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align on project goals.
- Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting issues and proposing efficient solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more backend languages (Python, Java, or C#).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time during the summer and fall semester (approx. 20-25 hours/week).
- Tools: Basic proficiency with Git, Jira, or other project management tools is a plus.
