Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with the creation and scheduling of social media content.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in client outreach and networking events within the Fort Worth community.
- Help maintain and update the company’s internal databases and filing systems.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and lead follow-up.
- Assist in the organization of company events and team building activities.
- Review and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during summer months.
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth office.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
