Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with daily administrative tasks and research.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and content optimization.
- Manage social media channels and create engaging posts for our audience.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for departmental review meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute summer campaign initiatives.
- Monitor website analytics and provide insights on user engagement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week during summer break.
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh office location.
