Responsibilities
- Assist Development: Support the engineering team with coding, debugging, and testing software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for project improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to execute projects efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, technical notes, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues in workflows and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Meeting Participation: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and weekly team reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time (20-30 hours/week) during the summer months (June through August).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) or digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: A proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate setting.
