Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Prepare presentation decks and reports for weekly team meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for upcoming company events and webinars.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Available to work 15-20 hours per week during the summer and fall.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
