What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in researching market trends and competitor analysis for the NY and CA markets.
- Support the coordination of virtual and in-person events, managing attendee communications and logistics.
- Prepare and edit professional presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct data entry and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associateās, Bachelorās, or Graduate degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (cumulative) or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driverās license and access to reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings in NY.
