Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media campaigns, content creation, and community engagement.
- Conduct in-depth market research and compile data into detailed reports and presentations.
- Support daily administrative operations, including scheduling, filing, and project coordination.
- Attend team meetings and contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and strategy development.
- Update and maintain project databases, spreadsheets, and internal documentation.
- Shadow senior team members to learn industry best practices and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School program (graduating class of 2024 or later).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proactive attitude with a high willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or business operations is a plus.
