Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to deliver high-quality results.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Document technical processes and maintain technical documentation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week during summer months.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or basic data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
