Responsibilities
- Development Support: Assist software engineers and developers with coding, debugging, and testing software applications.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize software solutions.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze user data, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation, user manuals, and API specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in the QA process to identify bugs and ensure product excellence.
- Agile Processes: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is a strong plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work 15-25 hours per week during the summer months.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for technology and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
