Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily operations, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Support content creation by drafting blog posts, social media captions, and internal newsletters.
- Manage and update the company’s internal databases and project tracking tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure summer project milestones are met on time.
- Conduct data entry and verify information accuracy across various platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaign strategies.
- Attend weekly team meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (must be able to work summer/fall terms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
