Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team in executing daily administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Manage and update social media channels and internal databases.
- Create engaging content for newsletters and internal communications.
- Attend weekly team meetings and compile comprehensive meeting notes.
- Support the coordination of intern events and campus outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, with availability for Summer and Fall start dates.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
