Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications using modern frameworks
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Support data analytics initiatives through visualization and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development projects
- Document technical processes and create user documentation
- Participate in innovation workshops and hackathons
- Shadow senior engineers on client-facing projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week during summer/fall semester
- U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required
- Portfolio/GitHub repository demonstrating technical projects (for technical roles)
