Responsibilities
- Technical Assistance: Support the engineering and development teams with coding, debugging, and testing software applications.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to assist in the creation of technical reports and documentation.
- Project Support: Collaborate on ongoing projects, attend team meetings, and contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency.
- System Maintenance: Help maintain and update internal databases and software systems under supervision.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements.
- Learning: Participate in training sessions and technical workshops to enhance skill sets.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Availability: Able to work part-time hours (approx. 20-30 hours per week) during the Summer and Fall semesters.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, HTML/CSS) and software development concepts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Soft Skills: Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
