Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in designing, developing, and testing software solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Perform quality assurance testing to identify bugs and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
- Document technical processes and maintain project repositories.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Strong foundation in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team setting.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months.
