Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and product teams in the development and testing of software solutions and digital tools.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and compile data to support strategic business decisions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Support the marketing department with social media campaigns, content creation, and SEO analysis.
- Update and maintain internal project documentation, databases, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and operations to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Attend weekly training sessions and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Graduating in May or August 2024 (students of all majors welcome).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, data analysis, or business operations.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
- A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
