Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and web platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and project reports.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and agile development ceremonies.
- Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in identifying bugs and improving system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week during the summer months.
