What You Will Do
As a Summer Intern, you will be immersed in our daily operations, assisting with critical business functions across multiple departments. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Project Management Support: Assist project managers in tracking timelines, organizing resources, and preparing weekly status reports.
- Financial Modeling: Aid in the preparation of financial statements and assist with basic budget forecasting and expense tracking.
- Client Relations: Support the sales and account management teams by preparing meeting materials and coordinating client communications.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate databases and generate data-driven presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and execute internal team-building events and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās degree program in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Experience: Prior internship or volunteer experience is a plus but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (35-40 hours per week) during the summer months.
