Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions and digital products.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Code Maintenance: Assist in the debugging and optimization of existing codebases to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API specs and user guides.
- Client Support: Support the sales and support teams by providing technical insights and troubleshooting assistance.
- Agile Participation: actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#. Basic understanding of database management (SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
