Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the operations team with administrative tasks, data entry, and filing to ensure smooth workflow.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to help the marketing team develop strategies.
- Project Support: Assist senior staff in preparing presentations, reports, and project materials.
- Customer Interaction: Answer basic inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high-quality customer service standards.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.
- Training & Development: Attend weekly training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
