Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Shadow senior staff to understand industry workflows and best practices.
- Conduct research and compile reports to support ongoing projects.
- Help maintain and organize office supplies and digital filing systems.
- Gain hands-on experience using industry-standard software and tools.
- Support the marketing team with social media content creation and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing a bachelor's or associate's degree.
- Available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during summer break.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis location.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
