Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of project data to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning activities to contribute fresh perspectives.
- Prepare visual presentations and documentation to communicate findings and project progress to stakeholders.
- Learn and apply company-specific software tools and methodologies relevant to the department's goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (May through August).
- Demonstrated academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic understanding of data analysis tools.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
