Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and filing.
- Conduct market research and compile data into clear, organized reports.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Attend weekly team meetings to understand company processes and objectives.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical project files for easy retrieval.
- Shadow senior staff members to gain insights into professional workflows.
- Assist in coordinating summer events and office activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or a recent graduate.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week during the summer.
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliable transportation within the Los Angeles area.
