Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with daily operational tasks and project support
- Conduct market research and data analysis using modern tools
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute ideas
- Support event coordination and client engagement initiatives
- Help maintain and update project documentation and databases
- Shadow department leaders to understand business operations
- Complete assigned training modules and skill development exercises
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (any major)
- No prior professional experience required
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
