Responsibilities
- IT Support Assistance: Assist the technical team with day-to-day hardware and software troubleshooting for internal employees.
- Administrative Duties: Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records for departmental operations.
- Project Shadowing: Shadow senior engineers and participate in team meetings to gain a deep understanding of project lifecycles.
- Research & Development: Conduct research on emerging tech trends and assist the product team with market analysis.
- Marketing Support: Help the marketing department with social media content creation, basic graphic design tasks, and campaign research.
- Client Preparation: Assist in organizing and preparing materials for quarterly client presentations and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (High school seniors are also welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally.
- Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new technologies.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Availability: Reliable transportation to the Atlanta office and availability to start immediately for the Summer/Fall term.
