Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations: Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks and data management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze industry trends and competitor data to help shape our strategic initiatives.
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via email and phone, providing clear and professional information.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing summer company events and networking sessions.
- Content Creation: Help draft social media posts, blog articles, and internal newsletters.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to current projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (High School Diploma or GED required).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Availability: Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the summer months.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and strong written communication skills.
