Responsibilities:
- Assist the project management team in organizing daily schedules and tracking deliverables.
- Conduct market research and compile data into comprehensive reports.
- Support the marketing department with content creation and social media engagement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools and project management systems.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior year).
- No prior work experience required; we value potential and attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (May - August).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
