Responsibilities
- SEO Support: Assist in conducting keyword research and analyzing website traffic to improve our organic search rankings.
- Content Creation: Draft and edit blog posts, social media content, and job descriptions tailored to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Marketing: Help manage and update job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Data Analysis: Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports on key metrics using basic analytical tools.
- Market Research: Research local trends in Baltimore and Virginia to identify new recruitment opportunities.
- Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and engaging with content across social media channels.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Location: Must be able to work in Baltimore, MD or commute to Virginia office (Hybrid preferred).
