Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor hiring strategies to identify top talent pools.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening and candidate outreach.
- Support the SEO team by optimizing job descriptions and internal content for search engines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy using HRIS tools.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand technical requirements for open roles.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keywords, and on-page optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
