Responsibilities
- Assist the SEO team in conducting keyword research and analyzing market trends.
- Support technical recruiters in sourcing and screening potential candidates for open positions.
- Update and optimize job listings on various career boards and internal systems.
- Conduct basic website audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage social media content calendars to boost engagement.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment metrics and SEO performance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and human resources.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available for the full summer session (June - August).
