Responsibilities
- Assist in the Design & Development: Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, and test software solutions under supervision.
- Code Reviews & Debugging: Participate in code reviews, identify bugs, and help troubleshoot complex issues in existing codebases.
- Documentation: Write technical documentation, API documentation, and user manuals to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze technical trends to suggest improvements for current products.
- Team Collaboration: Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, communicating progress and challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Familiarity with SQL and web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred, demonstrating strong work ethic and analytical skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems creatively under tight deadlines.
