Responsibilities
- Code Development: Assist in writing, testing, and debugging code for web and mobile applications under the supervision of senior developers.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing software development projects, including feature implementation and bug fixing.
- Database Management: Help design, maintain, and query databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Technical Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, API references, and user manuals.
- Collaboration: Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- QA Testing: Perform unit testing and regression testing to ensure software quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (at least 12 weeks).
