Responsibilities
- Contribute: Design, develop, and test software features under the guidance of senior developers.
- Code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Collaborate: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Debug: Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues in our production environment.
- Learn: Attend technical workshops and training sessions to expand your technical skillset.
- Document: Create technical documentation and user guides for new features.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- GPA: Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA required to qualify for college credit.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++).
- Tools: Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git or GitHub.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
