Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the IT department with daily troubleshooting, hardware setup, and software installation for office staff.
- SEO & Content Management: Monitor website analytics, update blog content, and assist in keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze weekly performance reports, presenting findings to the marketing team.
- Project Coordination: Support project managers in scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking project milestones.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately for the Summer/Fall season with consistent weekly availability.
