Responsibilities
- Develop and test software solutions under senior mentorship
- Analyze data sets to identify actionable insights for client projects
- Collaborate in agile teams using Scrum methodology
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and internal innovation labs
- Present findings to stakeholders through polished deliverables
- Participate in cross-departmental hackathons and innovation challenges
- Maintain documentation for technical processes and project milestones
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript (academic projects acceptable)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through coursework or personal projects
- Ability to commit 20-40 hours/week through Fall 2023
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
- GPA 3.0+ preferred (transcript required)
