Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in software development and data analysis initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech solutions
- Assist in UX/UI design sprints and user testing protocols
- Document project progress and contribute to team wikis
- Participate in daily stand-ups and bi-weekly retrospectives
- Shadow senior engineers during client consultations
- Present final project outcomes to department leadership
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Interest in technology, business, or design fields
- Available 20-30 hours/week during summer term (June-August)
- Authorized to work in the United States
