Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and content platforms
- Assist with UX research and user testing initiatives
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate on product development sprints using Agile methodologies
- Participate in weekly innovation challenges and hackathons
- Document project progress and maintain knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior team members across departments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's program
- Strong academic standing (3.0+ GPA preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall term
- Interest in tech, marketing, or entrepreneurship fields
