Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the technical team with software testing, bug reporting, and basic code maintenance under supervision.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and help optimize content for search engines to improve ranking and visibility.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruiting team in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate databases in HRIS systems.
- Content Creation: Help draft blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials that align with our brand voice.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
