Responsibilities
- Assist the Technical Recruiting team in sourcing qualified candidates for open positions using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO analysis to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize job descriptions and company website content for search engines.
- Manage and update job boards and social media channels to attract top talent.
- Track recruitment metrics and SEO performance using Google Analytics and ATS tools.
- Prepare candidate outreach materials and draft compelling emails.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts, HTML, or Content Management Systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
