In this position, you will assist with IT support, system maintenance, and project coordination, gaining invaluable real-world experience in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software applications.
- Monitor network performance and assist in resolving connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document technical procedures, user guides, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify areas for process improvement.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to report progress.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology or Technical Support.
- Familiarity with basic computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Availability to start immediately and work during summer months.
